Lou Stuart

Lou Stuart is a Nordic Walking Instructor who was formerly an Occupational Therapist in the NHS. She is now focussing her attention on encouraging others to get fitter, healthier and energised through Nordic Walking.
Nordic Walking provides a full body workout using poles to propel you along, exercising your upper body, lower limbs and cardiovascular system as you walk. It’s a perfect all round exercise and easy to learn.
Our walks focus on exploring and enjoying the fabulous scenery that the Chalke Valley has to offer . We use the hills and distances as a natural workout. The walks are all spectacular and varied ranging from the river valley and meadows to the far reaching views at the top of the hills. All rural , off road ranging from 3 miles up to 10 miles .
